Nova is a skilled product manager with a background in health technology, system design, and management consulting. She has over a decade of multi-disciplinary experience in complex problem solving, collaborating across functions, and building from 0 to 1. Most recently Nova’s P&L responsibilities included overseeing Ontario’s $2.3B fund to scale a COVID-19 testing program province-wide. Nova earned her Bachelor of Science, with a focus on molecular genetics, and her MBA from the University of Toronto.
